What Time is it?

The phrase "What time is it?" doesn't sound like a joke, but for some Hoosiers in western and northern Indiana, it sure has become one. During his campaign for Governor, Republican Mitch Daniels' campaign rhetoric supported a move to Central time for the vast majority of Indiana. But, since the debate has evolved, the Governor has been anything but consistent with his campaign pledge and angered many residents who feel he should have left the "time" alone.
